1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and jiibay (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the jiibay online gaming platform located at jiibay.cam (the "Website" or "Platform"). • Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds;

2.3 Account Verification

jiibay reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, residential address, payment method ownership, and source of funds at any time. Required documents may include but are not limited to a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. jiibay may refuse service or close accounts that fail verification procedures.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their jiibay account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfer, over-the-counter banking, cryptocurrency, and other methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified for each payment method.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;

The primary currency for jiibay accounts is Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, which may include a currency conversion fee charged by your payment provider. You acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations are beyond jiibay's control.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

In no event shall jiibay's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your jiibay account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Complaints, Disputes, and Governing Law

If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you must first contact jiibay customer support within fourteen (14) days of the incident giving rise to the complaint. 11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver
